Vechit is about creating a safe online community for buying and selling items. If you feel that you don’t feel safe or see something that shouldn’t be on Vechit, then please report it using the “contact us/help” pages.
- Your Safety – For your safety it is important that you do not disclose any private information. This would be your full name, address, telephone number or bank details. Please do not disclose these details in conversation with other members. If a transaction is made outside of the Vechit application then Vechit can take no responsibility or help with this. Please do not disclose your face or others in your item photos. Always try to keep all conversations within Vechit where you have a safe space for your conversations. Try to check the members reviews as well as this gives a good indication of the member.
- Discrimination, Bullying and Hate Speech – Within Vechit there is tolerance for any kind of hate speech, discrimination or bullying towards other members. If you feel like another member is behaving inappropriately towards you then please report this to Vechit so that we can take the necessary action and investigate further. Any posts relating to this will be removed and the account will be blocked.
- Nudity and Sexual Exploitation – It is important that members do not post anything that is pornographic and of a sexual nature. Any posts relating to this will be removed and the account will be blocked.
- Prohibited Items – Please make yourself familiar with items that Vechit will not tolerate on the “What you can sell” section. All members need to comply with these rules and regulations. If any items that are listed do not follow these rules then the post will be removed. You could also risk being blocked if this is continuously done.
- Authenticity – If you are listing a certain brand/make please make sure that it is authentic.
