You can track a parcel within the conversation screen if the parcel postage has been purchased within the Vechit app.  If the buyer has purchased the parcel postage outside of the app then they will need to provide the tracking number to the seller.  

If you have any issues with the parcel, please contact Vechit via the contact us/help page.  If an item is delivered but there is an issue, please press “Report Item”.  Please make sure you do this within two days of receiving the item in order for Vechit to be able to help you.
