Vechit members can give and receive star ratings and reviews for items. When a member does not leave a review then Vechit will automatically leave a five star rating as a review.
Once an order is completed, the buyer and seller can leave a review for each other. In order to leave a review you need to press “Leave Feedback”. Next choose the star rating that you wish to leave, the higher the star rating, the better the experience. You can also leave a comment for the buyer/seller as well. Once the review is published it cannot be changed.
Reviews should not include private details of any members, include any hate-speech or discrimination, be related to any hate groups, terrorist activities or organised violence, include any explicit language or content, include any kind of pornography, promote sexual exploitation, harass any members, and contain any unlawful content.
Anyone who leaves such a review is also at risk of account removal.
We do not check through any reviews left on Vechit by members. If you feel that an inappropriate review has been left then please contact us so that we can help.
