If an item is “Item not as described” (INAD) Vechit can help you with returning the item.  You cannot return an item if it does not fit or you don’t like it.  If you believe that your item is “item not as described” (INAD) then you will need to take some photos of the item and contact Vechit.  You only have two days to report an issue with the item.  You will need to press “Report” in the conversation screen after you have received the item.  You will need to follow the steps to submit the request.  Once an issue is reported the order will be suspended temporarily and the payment will be held by Vechit until the issue is resolved.

If you fail to report the issue in time, or if you state that everything is ok, Vechit will release the payment to the seller and your order will be complete.  Once the money has been released then Vechit can no longer retrieve the money from the seller.

If you fail to report an issue within 2 days of receiving then you would need to contact the seller as the payment provider would have released the money to them.  Once the money is released to the seller then it is up to the seller’s discretion to provide a refund.  This would then have to be done outside of the Vechit application once the payment is released to the seller as this is not something that Vechit can help with.
