Items that are very different to the listing are said to be “item not as described”. The main reasons for an item to be “item not as described” would be:
- Missing items
- Counterfeit items
- Wrong size
- Wrong colour
- Damaged items
- Different material to the listing
- Other flaws that were not shown in the listing
The following would not be accepted as “item not as described”:
- If it doesn’t fit you
- Small differences that do not affect the way that it is used or looks. This could be colour difference due to lighting,
