Once the item has been delivered you will have the option to let us know if everything is ok or if there is an issue. If everything is ok, you don’t need to do anything. If you’ve purchased your own label, once you press “Marked as received” the money will be released to the seller.
However, if there is an issue, you will need to let us know within 2 days of receiving the item. You will also have the opportunity to have a conversation with the seller at this stage to see if things can be resolved. If you have an issue then you need to select “Report” and go through the reporting process.
