If you receive an item that is an “item not as described” through Vechit by buying in the app then you can contact Vechit to help with the refund. You would need to do this within 2 days of receiving the item. You will also need to provide photos as proof of this as well. You will need to press “I have an issue” within the app after receiving the item. This will put a hold on the funds and stop them being released to the seller.
It also helps to talk to the seller to see if you can resolve the issue. The seller can:
- Refund the amount without asking for the item to be returned
- Request that the item be returned
The buyer would need to pay for the return shipping or you can talk to the seller to see if they will pay for the return. This can be done within the app or outside the app. If you can’t find a resolution to the issue then you can always ask Vechit to step in and help.
