Once the buyer has purchased your item, you have 8 days to post it out. If this is not done within this time period then the order will get cancelled. If the order gets cancelled, unfortunately you will receive an automatic one star review. If you want to avoid getting a bad review then you can have a conversation with the buyer so that you can cancel the order. If you need to cancel the order then you will need to contact Vechit so that this can be actioned. You can agree with the buyer to reload the item so that they can buy at a later date.
If you know you will be away and cannot post out in the required time period then please use the “Holiday Mode” to make buyers aware. While your profile is on Holiday Mode, items can be viewed but they cannot be purchased until Holiday Mode is switched off.
