What is a transaction fee?

A Transaction Fee is a Vechit and payment provider fee for processing payments on the application.  Transaction fees are applied for the use of electronic card payments.  This also includes protecting buyers from fraud and online scams by keeping the money in escrow with MangoPay.  What this means is that our payment provider MangoPay holds the money from the buyer until they receive the item.  Providing that everything is ok, then the money is released to the seller.  This stops scams and fraud whereby buyers make a payment for items that a seller will not post out and just take the buyers money.  Vechit wants to provide a safe and trusting environment for users to sell items on.
