When a member makes a payment for an item, the balance will be pending as it is stored by the payment provider until the order is complete. Once the buyer receives the item and states that everything is ok, this is when the funds are released to the seller. This is to ensure that members are protected and both buyers and sellers funds are protected.
Once the order is complete the funds will become “available balance” that can be used.
