If this is not included then the order can be cancelled by the buyer and it may have to go through the resolution centre for a refund. The buyer can also leave you a bad review which could affect your selling experience on Vechit.
Any listed electronics must be safe to use. Any items which are sold damaged could pose a health and safety risk. Any damaged items cannot be sold on Vechit and you could have your account closed down for doing so.
