If a seller does not post an item out on time then the order will be cancelled. In order for the buyer to get a refund on the label, the buyer would need to contact Vechit. The shipping carriers will take up to 14 days to void the label, in the meantime the label cannot and must not be used. Once the shipping carrier has cancelled the label, you will receive your label refund.
