When choosing to opt for postage within the app, please use the following steps.
- Please make sure you have filled out the postage section in your profile in the “Postage” section in “Settings”. You would need to make sure that you have enabled Evri as a suitable postage option.
- When using postage options within Vechit, you would need to be able to print the label at home. If you need to “print in store” if you do not have a printer at home, then you would need to purchase a label outside of the Vechit app. We are working on it and should have the “print in store” option for you soon.
- Once at the checkout stage, under “Shipping method”, select parcel delivery to your home address. If you need to pick up from a parcel shop as this is easier for you then you would need to purchase the label outside of the Vechit app, as currently we only have the option for home delivery with Evri.
Once the addresses and options are displayed, hover over the address and click on it. The outline of the address should turn purple when selected.
- Under the “Shipping label” section, select “Create in the Vechit app” option.
- If you click on “Pay” it should default to asking you to select your shipping option.
- Once you have selected your shipping option, choose your card for payment. Once you have selected your payment card, then press “Pay” to proceed with the order.
