Once you have sold an item, you will be able to track the parcel journey as Vechit provides a link within the app for Evri. You can copy the tracking number within the app and press “Track Order”. This will take you to the relevant website/app to follow the parcel journey.
For Evri, Vechit provides a step by step status for the order. Purchase Successful > Label Created > Order Shipped > Order Delivered > Sale Complete.
For parcel labels purchased outside of the Vechit app, you would need to track these outside of the app with the relevant carrier.
